Anna Berenika Häfliger is a Berlin-based artist agent, production manager, and cultural strategist, with a career spanning international arts management, festival planning, and artist representation. She holds degrees from the University of Edinburgh and SOAS University of London.

Anna began her career in 2016 at Andreas Richter Cultural Consulting, where she coordinated tours for Teodor Currentzis and musicAeterna across Europe. In 2018, she joined Impresariat Simmenauer GmbH, representing artists such as Vadim Gluzman, Elena Bashkirova, Marc Bouchkov, and Amihai Grosz.

In 2022, she took on the role of artistic planner for the Budapest Festival Orchestra under Iván Fischer, while simultaneously launching her own agency, Häfliger Production. Through the agency, she works closely with leading classical musicians—including Andrei Ioniță, William Youn, Michael Barenboim, and Elena Bashkirova—to curate artist-centered, cross-border programming that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and social engagement.

Fluent in German, English, Russian, and Spanish, Anna brings a global perspective and deep cultural sensitivity to every project. Her work is guided by a belief in the power of music to connect people and reshape communities.

As a member of the Althafen Foundation Advisory Board, Anna contributes her expertise in international cultural strategy, institutional partnerships, and artist-led innovation. Her focus on long-term impact and sustainable program design directly supports the foundation’s mission to strengthen arts infrastructure and expand access to creative opportunity worldwide.
