The Christmas Gala at NOACK with Verità Baroque has already become a cherished tradition since its beginning in December 2022. This year, we invite you once again to experience the magic of Baroque music and the magnetism of the ensemble members as they explore a repertoire spanning over three centuries — enriched with specially commissioned musical gifts for the season.
The young international musicians of Verità Baroque are among today’s leading performers, united in the search for a collective and authentic sonority. By combining historically informed performance with modern compositions inspired by Baroque stylistic elements and written specifically for the group, Verità Baroque creates an unexpected bridge between past and present, transforming tradition into a vivid and surprising experience.
The evening’s program features masterpieces by Antonio Vivaldi, including the spirited La Tempesta di Mare, the haunting La Notte flute concerto, and the virtuosic Concerto for Two Traverso Flutes, alongside newly imagined works by contemporary composers Alessio Pianelli and Bartolomeo Dandolo Marchesi — from festive reimaginings of Silent Nightand Carol of the Bells to the playful Jingle Baroque.

About the Musicians
Verità Baroque Ensemble
Founded in 2020 by Taya König-Tarasevich and Bartolomeo Dandolo Marchesi, Verità Baroque is a young and pioneering ensemble that reimagines Baroque music for contemporary audiences.
Through collaborations with scholars, sound engineers, and directors, the ensemble explores immersive formats ranging from live concerts to 360° video productions and innovative album concepts. In partnership with the record labels Evil Penguin Records and MotorMusic, Verità Baroque has released two acclaimed albums — The German Album and The Italian Album — which pair Baroque masterpieces with newly commissioned works, offering a fresh and innovative perspective on tradition.
