NOACK KONZERT: Jacques Forestler & Boris Kuznezow

  • Bildgießerei Hermann Noack 9 Am Spreebord Berlin, BE, 10589 Germany (map)

About the Event

After a year-long pause, the NOACK Concert Series proudly resumes with an evening of music at the Werkstatt of the Bildgießerei Hermann Noack. This new season opens with two exceptionally talented young artists — violinist Jacques Forestier and pianist Boris Kusnezow — whose artistry bridges tradition and innovation.

The program, titled Song and Dance, weaves together works from Bartók to Brahms, Bach to Gershwin, creating a vibrant journey through contrasting styles and moods. At its center lies Brahms’s lyrical Regenlied Sonata, framed by the rhythmic vitality of folk-inspired works and the brilliance of virtuosic showpieces.

This concert also offers a special preview of the album Jacques and Boris will record the following day, giving the audience a rare chance to experience this repertoire live in the intimate setting of the Noack Werkstatt before it is captured in the studio.

The NOACK Concert Series is presented in collaboration between the NOACK Bildgießerei & Gallery and the Althafen Foundation. We extend our warm thanks to Sonia Simmenauer and the initiative Zukunft.musik for their support in making this concert possible.
