Francesco C. Ide
Communications Lead
Francesco C. Ide is the Communications Lead at the Althafen Foundation and a student of International Affairs at the Hertie School in Berlin. His work focuses on the intersection of global policy and strategy, with a specialized academic interest in trade relations between Europe and China, a path that led him to live and work in China’s private sector marketing field.
Francesco’s approach is defined by the belief that communication should be carefully crafted, meticulously thought out to convey a sense of direction, grounding, and awareness, while remaining inherently eye-catching. This philosophy informs his work at the Foundation, where he is responsible for translating the organization’s credo and essence into impactful visuals and narrative frameworks for programs and stakeholders.
Building on a lifelong affinity for creativity and its strategic application, Francesco has collaborated with educational institutions, firms, and magazines to develop tailored visual identities, bridging aesthetic depth with strategic purpose.
