Inga Bukhvalova

Program Manager

Concert Producer, Managing Director, Pianist

Inga Bukhvalova is the Program Manager of Talent Studio, where she oversees the program’s development and works closely with mentors, experts, participating artists, and the leadership of the Althafen Foundation.

Originally trained as a classical pianist, she built her career in orchestral management, concert production, and international cultural initiatives. She served as Managing Director of a State Symphony Orchestra, overseeing the full institutional life of the orchestra — including concert seasons, artistic operations, international tours, and the overall management of the institution. For twelve years she directed her own concert production organization, presenting classical and jazz concert series as well as large-scale open-air music festivals that brought together leading artists and audiences of several thousand.

In addition to her work in the cultural sector, she gained experience in the wealth management banking sector, further strengthening her strategic, organizational, and communication skills. At Talent Studio she brings together artistic understanding and program leadership to help emerging musicians shape lasting and forward-looking artistic careers.
