Arts and Culture are not a pastime nor a luxury but are fundamental to our humanity from the cave drawings to digital artwork. Art is not just a creative endeavor; it’s a force that shapes, influences and reflects society. Art creates a culture’s vision of itself in painting, sculpture, music, literature, and the other arts that are a society’s collective memory. Arts permits the need for human expression and allows communication among cultures forming civil engagement and understanding, the civilization of humanity.
