Victoria Palatnik is a three-time CEO, technology entrepreneur, angel investor, and board member with extensive experience in sectors such as digital media, edtech, healthtech, and big data. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from the European Business School and an MBA from the University of Oxford. Victoria co-founded Massa Group, where she serves as Managing Partner, focusing on strategic planning, project sourcing, and evaluation.

She is a Managing Partner at Raw Ventures, working directly with entrepreneurs to drive growth and innovation. Throughout her career, Victoria has been a three-time CEO and an active angel investor, with early investments in companies like Ipsy, MyHeritage, Graduway, and Bizzabo. She currently holds board positions at several companies, including VINDOME, jay – Metadata Tech for Film, Beyon3D, Fermata, Balena, AIBODY, Sync.MD Platform, and EZbra.

Her commitment to supporting startups is evident in her hands-on approach, guiding their growth through expertise in strategy, planning, and execution.
